      主機(jī)箱蓋，材料PP+30%LGF，壁厚3.0mm。由于材料加了長(zhǎng)玻纖，在熱流道注塑時(shí)要特別注意流道的走向及其轉(zhuǎn)角處的處理。為此占瑞選擇針閥式熱流道系統(tǒng)，在制品上不會(huì)留下進(jìn)澆口殘痕，進(jìn)澆口處痕跡平滑；為了使長(zhǎng)玻纖不會(huì)斷裂，占瑞特別設(shè)計(jì)了一款熱流道鑲件，讓注塑更完美。

In order to prevent the long glass fiber from breaking, ANRY specially designed a hot runner insert to make the injection molding more perfect.
